Professional Corporations                            

Professional corporations (PCs) are corporations organized for the purpose of providing professional services.  What services constitute professional services and thus require a PC are defined by state law, and vary from state to state.  However, they typically include professions requiring a license, for example doctors, chiropractors, lawyers, accountants, architects and engineers.  If you are unsure whether you should form a PC, please call us to discuss.
