* The U.S. Patent Office allows you to claim priority to a foreign patent application filed on the design within the last six (6) months. Accordingly, do you wish to claim priority to a foreign filed patent application?
If yes, provide (1) the country, (2) serial number and (3) filing date of the foreign patent application.
