TRADEMARKS Our Fees | Learn More >>
A trademark is anything used by an individual or business to uniquely identify its products to consumers, and to distinguish its products from those of others. Thus, the essential function of a trademark is to exlusively identify the commercial source or origin of a product. A service mark is similar to a trademark, except that it is used to identify a particular service, and to distinguish the service from those of other entities. Both trademarks and service marks typically include a name, words, phrases, logos and/or symbols. test link
